How much do you charge per square foot?
Nothing. That is to say, we don't base our prices on square foot numbers. We find that the average new home is in the $100 to $125 range and that single story homes tend to be a little more than two story homes. There are many factors that effect the cost per square foot and formulas are generally unreliable. Also remember that you must add on for unfinished storage spaces and garages that are not reflected in cost per square foot formulas. Each of our designs has a starting price for construction, floorplans and size of the home.

Will you build on my lot or does it have to be one of yours?
In addition to the building lots we offer, many of our homes are built on land already owned by clients. We also maintain a relationship with local land owners and developers who offer premium building lots. One way or another, we can help you locate a homesite that meets your needs. We work in the towns of Manchester, Bedford, Goffstown, Weare, Dunbarton, New Boston, Bow, Hooksett (west), Mont Vernon, Amherst, Hopkinton, Henniker and Milford. Do you charge for estimates?
Nope. We are always pleased to spend some time discussing your needs and budget at no obligation. We will then produce a detailed estimate for you (usually in about a week). We want you to have accurate and complete information as you consider your housing needs. Call our office or send us an email to make an appointment.

How busy are you?
Although we are usually very busy, we schedule our workload such that we avoid overbooking. This means that we will be able to get your project done on time. Most construction begins within a few months of the initial contact. Give our office a call to find out what is available in our building schedule.

I'm relocating. Now what?
Welcome to NH. Call us for an appointment when you are planning your next visit. We can put together a program which includes all of the needed services for someone moving to this area. We use emails and faxes to communicate with our out-of-town clients. Your home can be ready for you in time for your move.
