Tarkka Homes, Inc. is a full service homebuilding
company catering to a discerning clientelle
of move-up and executive level home buyers in the cities and suburban towns of the Manchester
area. We are known for our very personal approach to home design and our
construction quality is unsurpassed.
Paul Morin and his wife Karen
own the company with a professional office near their residence in rural Weare NH. Paul has been
building homes since 1983. He has a bachelors degree in Communications from the
University of New Hampshire. His other industry related activities and achievements include
chairman of the Weare Planning Board, Past President of the Greater Manchester Home Builders
Association (2001-2003), member of the Southern NH Planning Commission and the GMHBA 2000 Builder of the Year.
In May of 2005, Paul was honored as the state of NH Builder of the Year by the
Home Builders and Remodelers Association of NH.
Karen Morin has degrees from Hesser
College and the Thompson School of
Applied Science at UNH. She manages all of the company's financial affairs.
Matthew Heald is the Construction
Supervisor with a degree and high honors in Building Science from the New Hampshire Technical College.
He is also an accomplished finish carpenter and spends his spare time building furniture and cabinets.
